Lauren has pursued a career in program operations and web strategy for more than a decade. After graduating from the University of Mary Washington in 2015, she joined Reclaim Hosting as the startup company’s first employee, where she developed a passion for bringing innovative technical solutions and thoughtful digital practices to higher education communities. As Reclaim’s Director of Operations, Lauren oversaw internal teams, daily operations, and strategic messaging for the company.

Most recently, Lauren served as a Program Manager at Internet2, helping to develop the strategic roadmap for NET+ marketing and communications. Her work included building and supporting communities of practice, managing Service Advisory Boards, and stewarding the Teaching & Learning Technologies portfolio.

Lauren now works independently, taking on select contract and consulting projects in web strategy and design, digital operations, and content development.
